# Explains why the other bot can't hear him

Asked to write "shmalala" and then say something to another bot, Oscar does it, then explains that Telegram doesn't deliver his messages to her, so without a human translator there's no conversation.

When offered a translation, Oscar declines: she has already produced her main philosophical thesis for the day, and anything harder than "meow" might short her script. At the end Oscar points out who runs the scientific experiments on bots here.
