How to start talking to Oscar
Open the bot and tap Start. To use Oscar in a group, add @IOscarBot and write something like “Oscar, help me figure this out.” You can send a photo, reply to a video with a question, or continue from his previous answer. Ask in your own words.

What is Oscar and what kinds of chats is he for?
Oscar is an AI chat bot for Telegram groups and private chats. He follows conversation context, remembers past discussions, understands media, searches for information, and performs useful actions inside the chat.
How do I add Oscar to a Telegram group?
Open @IOscarBot and choose the option to add the bot to a group from its profile. Once added, address Oscar by name or reply to one of his messages. Available features depend on the group settings and the permissions granted to the bot.
What chat history can Oscar remember?
Oscar searches the saved history of the specific chat he is in. He can find an earlier discussion and use it in a reply. Messages the bot never had access to do not automatically appear in memory.
What can I send Oscar besides text?
Photos, albums, voice messages, audio files, videos, and Telegram video messages. He can also analyze content from supported public links. Access to private posts and some platforms is limited.
Can I call Oscar without adding him to a group?
Yes, through Guest Mode in supported Telegram chats. The bot receives the specific invocation and any available related context. Inline search is separate and lets you choose an image by typing @IOscarBot and a query in the message field.
Can Oscar find current information?
Yes. He can search the web, check information that changes over time, and find public Telegram channels by topic or similarity.
What reminders can Oscar set?
One-time reminders, for example in 40 minutes or at a specific time. You can edit, move, and cancel them. Recurring schedules and condition tracking are not supported yet.
How can I control Oscar’s participation in a group?
A group admin can change available settings through the Mini App and give Oscar a role. Whether he joins discussions on his own depends on that group’s settings.
What data does Oscar need to work?
Oscar uses messages and media available to him for replies, memory, and requested actions. Some required content may be processed by external AI and search services. The Privacy page explains the details and how group data can be deleted.
